Refund Policy
If your Natalie fragrance is damaged in any way, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
- Original packaging must be intact, and in sellable condition. Please include a printout of your order in the package. Write your order # on the outside of the package.
- Exchanges are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges are processed.
- We will refund the credit card you used in the amount of the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
- For health and hygiene, body creams and fragrance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Unopened candles may be returned at customer’s expense within seven days of receipt. If there is a problem with your candle order please notify us within 3 days of receipt
